Weekly Closes
We wrap up AP, payroll, accounting, and POS reconciliation on a weekly basis, ensuring you always have an up-to-date view of revenue mix, gross and operating margins, and cash.
Software Management
We pay for and manage your systems (billing, accounting, inventory) as part of our subscription price, allowing you to log in anytime to see up-to-date information.
Bills and Expenses
Snap a picture of your bills and receipts. We track all purchases, reconcile credit card transactions, and run weekly AP to provide you with transparency and control over expenses.
1:1 Meetings
We meet with you for one hour each month to review big-picture financial questions, cash and capital planning, and establish a roadmap for operational improvements.
Weekly Reporting
With each weekly close, we send detailed financial reports along with a brief video walkthrough of notable changes to your income statement and balance sheet.
Supplier Management
We communicate with suppliers about upcoming payments, outstanding balances, extended terms, and credit notes, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks..
